1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup molasses
2/3 cup grated cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup milk, 1%
1/4 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons ginger
2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute

Recipe Directions for Ginger Cheese Breakfast Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Combine all ingredients except ginger and Splenda

  3. fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full
