Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Carrot Raisin Walnut Bread

3/4 tsp ginger
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cup grated carrot
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Ginger Carrot Raisin Walnut Bread

  1. Mix ginger, flours, salt, baking soda and powder together.

  2. Mix applesauce, water, 1/4 tsp stevia, and egg together.

  3. Add raisins and walnuts, and carrot. Mix together

  4. Bake in two loaf pans at 350F for 50 minutes
