just like apple sauce except with pears

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Cardamom Pear Sacus

4 cups pears, chopped
1 cups apples, chopped
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp cardamom
2 tsp ginger
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Ginger Cardamom Pear Sacus

  1. place all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat to a simmer, simmer for 30-40 minutes, until fruit is soft.

  3. mash with a potato masher, or place in a food processor and break down fruit.
