Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Bread Cake with Egg Beaters

7 oz pastry flour
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 7/10 oz egg beaters
4 oz granulated sugar
5 oz molasses
4 oz vegetable oil
4 oz hot water

Recipe Directions for Ginger Bread Cake with Egg Beaters

  1. Sift together all dry ingredients on to a sheet of parchment paper

  2. In a seperate bowl whisk together all the wet

  3. ingredients (except for the hot water)

  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together

  5. Pour hot water over the mixture and continue to mix

  6. Pour batter into fleximolds and bake at 350 degrees
