Spicy beef stir fry with egg noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger & Beef Stir Fry with Noodles

400 g chopped tomatoes
25 ml white wine vinegar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp black pepper
4 courgettes
3 peppers
2 onions
200 g mushrooms
300 g beef
300 g noodles

Recipe Directions for Ginger & Beef Stir Fry with Noodles

  1. In a wok:

  2. Fry off the onions

  3. Add the beef till browned, plus black pepper, ground ginger and white wine vinegar

  4. Add the remaining vegetables and chopped tomatoes and cook through

  5. In a sauce pan, boil the noodles for four minutes
