Beef and veggies to serve over rice

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Beef

320 g Beef, Top Sirloin
1 T vegetable oil
1 t sesame oil
175 g snow peas
160 g onion
1 t garlic, minced
1 t corn starch
1 T ginger, minced
90 g mushrooms, shitake
500 ml beef broth

Recipe Directions for Ginger Beef

  1. Sear beef in oil. Remove to plate

  2. Add onion, garlic, red pepper and mushrooms and cook 3 to 5 minutes.

  3. Pour in beef broth and juice squeezed from grated ginger and bring to simmer.

  4. Remove 1/2 cup of broth and mix in corn starch. Add to broth to thicken.

  5. Add snow peas and heat through
