Use Apricot Nectar instead of Apple juice and Chilli Flakes

Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Apricot Chicken (Slow Cooker)

1 lb Chicken
400 ml Apple Juice
1 1/2 cups Broccoli
1 medium Carrot
1/2 cups Snap Peas
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tbsp ginger powder
1 tsp ginger
1 cup rice

Recipe Directions for Ginger Apricot Chicken (Slow Cooker)

  1. 1) shake and bake dry ingredients with chicken

  2. 2) Put vegetables and meat into slow cooker

  3. 3) Mix together Apricot Juice and crushed ginger, then pour into slow cooker

  4. 4) Sprinkle with chilli flakes

  5. 5) Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours

  6. 6) Serve over Rice.
