Recipe Ingredients for Ginger Applesauce

12 apples
3 tbsp cinnamon
3 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Ginger Applesauce

  1. Skin, core and slice apples.

  2. Heat over low heat until soft

  3. Puree an return to saucepan.

  4. Heat with butter.

  5. Add cinnamon. Bring to a rapid boil while stirring. Cool slightly.

  6. *Repeat step above with ginger, sugar, and honey respectively.

  7. Cool and serve.
