the easter ginger/apple cafloutis invention converted from grams to cups, tablespoons, etc... haven't tested the conversions

Recipe Ingredients for ginger apple cafloutis (converted)

2 eggs
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup buckwheat flour
2 pink lady apples
100 g ginger
1/3 cup bran unprocessed miller's
10 g extra virgin coconut oil
100 g plain fat free yogurt
161 g lowfat milk
50 g orange juice concentrate
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for ginger apple cafloutis (converted)

  1. mix all the wet stuff in a bowl

  2. mix all the dry stuff in another bowl

  3. mix 'em together and put in a small glass pan (mine is 6x9?)

  4. bake at 350 until set (45 mins?)
