200 grams string beans
2 cups coconut milk
2 cups water
200 grams sardines, dried
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt
90 grams eggplant
1 medium onion

Recipe Directions for Ginataang gulay with anchovy

  1. In a cooking pot, combine squash, water, onion and salt. Simmer until squash is tender.

  2. Add the string beans, simmer until string beans is tender.

  3. Add okra and eggplant and simmer until tender.

  4. Add the fish, fish sauce, lemon and coconut milk.
