Recipe Ingredients for gina's pizza topping

1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup green peppers
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 black pepper

Recipe Directions for gina's pizza topping

  1. preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. place pizza crust on a pan

  3. top with tomato sauce then add mozzarella cheese

  4. add mushrooms, peppers and garlic

  5. sprinkle with oregano, black pepper and parmesan cheese

  6. drizzle with olive oil

  7. place in oven on middle rack

  8. bake for 8 to 10 mins till crust is browned and toppings are cooked, longer if needed
