Easy meatloaf recipe that kids love. Makes two loaves and freezes well. Also great cold in sandwiches.

Recipe Ingredients for Gina's Meatloaf

3 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 1/4 cup milk
3/4 cups applesauce
2 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons mustard

Recipe Directions for Gina's Meatloaf

Combine all ingredients through onion powder. Divide in half and put in two baking dishes. This is the point where I freeze one and cook the other. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard for a topping and put on meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
