Recipe Ingredients for Gimme Lean Pasta

1 cup cooked whole wheat spaghetti
1/2 cup canned tomato
4 stalks celery
2 cups spinach
5 cherry tomatoes
1/2 yellow onion
5 oz Gimme Lean Sausage Style

Recipe Directions for Gimme Lean Pasta

  1. Start the water boiling for pasta.

  2. Chop and sautee celery and onion.

  3. Cook the spaghetti.

  4. Wash spinach while onions and celery cook.

  5. Add the can of tomatoes to the skillet and the Gimme Lean Sausage after the tomatoes have warmed up.

  6. Cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters and toss them in along with any herb (basil or parsley).

  7. Wilt in the spinach and add cooked pasta to the skillet.

  8. Add in a splash of red wine or vinegar. Enjoy.
