Have dinner tonight and leftovers for lunch. Sub fat free cheese and brown rice to cut cals if desired.

Recipe Ingredients for Gigantic Ground Turkey Burrito

4 oz ground turkey meat
1 cup rice, white, long grain, regular, cooked
1 cup beans, black, mature seeds
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
70 g flour tortilla
1/2 cup sauce, ready-to-serve, salsa

Recipe Directions for Gigantic Ground Turkey Burrito

  1. Brown the turkey and seasonings to taste

  2. Cook the rice and beans (make sure the beans are drained and rinsed then seasoned to taste)

  3. Fill large tortilla with turkey, add rice and beans

  4. Leave some rice and beans for the side

  5. Top everything with salsa and cheese, put it under the broiler for a minute or two to melt the cheese

  6. Garnish with cilantro

  7. Eat half tonight and the rest for lunch tomorrow :)
