750 grams Lima Beans, Large, Mature Seeds
2 cloves, raw Garlic
115 grams Onions
0.75 cup slices Carrots
0.3 cup Parsley
1,5 tbsp Tomato Paste
4 Glass Water
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for gigantes (lima bean casserole)

Boil lima beans for approx. 40 minutes. Drain and transfer to a pyrex. Add remaining ingredients and cook in oven for about 2 hours at 350F.
