Recipe Ingredients for Giant Sub Sandwich

168 g French Bread
4 oz. Hard Salami
12 oz. Deli Ham
1 c Shredded lettuce
1/4 c Red Onion
1/4 c Ken's Dressing Lite
6 oz. provolone
1/2 c Colby Jack Cheese

Recipe Directions for Giant Sub Sandwich

Brush outside of loaf with garlic butter Slice loaf of bread. Layer provolone cheese, salami and ham. Sprinkle shredded cojack on top. Wrap in foil and place on middle rack in oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Pull back edges of foil and broil on low for about 5 minutes (watch carefully). Top with shredded lettuce, red onion and drizzle with Italian dressing.
