Recipe Ingredients for giant stuffed mushroom meal

6 oz (2 large caps) portabella mushroom, whole
56 4/5 g (1/2 cup) (Green Mountain Gringo)medium salsa
6 oz ground beef 90/10
2 tbsp onion, diced
1 tbsp dehydrated onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp oregano, dry
1/4 tsp basil, dry
1/4 tsp parsley, dry
2 tbsp oatmeal, instant
8 oz can V-8, low sodium
2 oz (Sargento) Mozzerella, reduced fat

Recipe Directions for giant stuffed mushroom meal

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.

  2. Wipe mushroom caps clean and place bottoms up on a baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.

  3. Drizzle 1/2 a tsp of the french dip sauce over each mushroom cap. Then add a 1/4c of Salsa over each.

  4. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, dry onion, garlic, herbs, bread crumbs, and a 8 oz can V-8. gently combine. Divide the beef mixture and press together over each mushroom cap. Top each with 1/2 the cheese.

  5. Bake in a 350*F oven for __+/- 20mins.__. Until the beef and mushroom are cooked through.
