Chocolate soy shake. Better (tasting and for you) with a banana, but good as it is. Has all the calcium and protein needed for the day, so veggies can be eaten the rest of the time. Note: Fibersure is not in Calorie-count's database; used Metamucil, which has 2 fewer grams of fiber per spoon. So this recipe actually contains 13 grams of fiber.
