I wont lie, they have a decidedly pumkinish taste, but they are HUGE and totally satisfy, especially when properly utilized in a hot fudge brownie sundae, or iced with ganache. Rawr!

Recipe Ingredients for Giant Brownies

1 1/3 cup whole grain flour
1 ounce baking chocolate
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups splenda no calorie sweetener
2 cups pumpkin
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Giant Brownies

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. combine dry ingredients

  3. melt chocolate with pumpkin and applesauce

  4. combine all ingredients

  5. pour into a greased 8x8 pan & bake no more than 35 minutes

  6. refrigerate until ready to eat
