Recipe Ingredients for giant apple pancake

4 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup skim milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 apples, peeled and sliced

Recipe Directions for giant apple pancake

  1. preheat oven to 425

  2. whisk eggs in bowl

  3. add salt, milk and flour. Whisk well

  4. spray Pam on bottom of 9X13 pan and pour batter in

  5. lay sliced apples on top of batter

  6. sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon

  7. bake for 15 minutes

  8. serve immediately, with syrup if desired.
