Serve with 5 cups of your favorite marinara. Meatballs can be made a day ahead -- just cool, then cover and refrigerate.

Recipe Ingredients for Giada's Turkey Meatballs

1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 eggs
2 T whole milk
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated (romano could also be used)
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Giada's Turkey Meatballs

Stir together bread crumbs, parsley, eggs, milk, 1/2 cup of the cheese, salt and pepper. Add turkey and gently stir to combine, but don't overwork the meat. Shape into bite size balls. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high flame. Work in batches and cook meatballs 3 minutes on 2 sides, then brown other sides until golden brown. Add marinara and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until flavors blend, about 5 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer meatballs to serving bowl and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of cheese. Toss with pasta, if preferred.
