Another one of Giada's recipes... The analyzer wouldn't recognize Asiago, so it is just refered to as "cheese"

Recipe Ingredients for Giada's Fusilli with Spinach and Asiago Cheese

1 pound fusilli
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
9 ounce fresh spinach
8 ounces cherry tomatoes
1 cup cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Giada's Fusilli with Spinach and Asiago Cheese

  1. Cook pasta until tender

  2. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water!

  3. warm olive oil in a large skillet over med-high heat.

  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant

  5. Add spinach and tomatoes (halved) and cooked until spinach wilts

  6. Add in cooked pasta and toss

  7. Add the cheeses, salt, pepper, and pasta water and stire to combine.
