Recipe Ingredients for Gheeya sabji

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
2 medium onion
1 medium tomato
2 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 large squash

Recipe Directions for Gheeya sabji

  1. heat oil in pan

  2. add cumin, cook till golden

  3. add onion, cook until golden brown

  4. add tomatoes, cook until dried

  5. add bottle gourd and mix salt, turmeric and cayenne pepper.

  6. cook until soft
