3 tbs oatmeal
2/3 c water
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbs chopped walnuts

  1. Add grains and water, microwave on high 3 minutes.

  2. Add cinn, nuts and raisins, microwave on high another 2 minutes.

  3. Very delish.
