15 ounces Raisin Bran
1 cup shortening
3 cups sugar
5 teaspoons baking soda
5 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 quart buttermilk
4 eggs

Recipe Directions for GG's 6 week Muffins

  1. Fill quart jars and refrigerate up to 6 weeks

  2. when ready to bake fill muffin cups 2/3rd full and bake in 400 Degree F 15-18 min.

  3. These muffins freeze well
