This is making the same crust as the cheesecake, but you can use a pre-made graham cracker crust.

Recipe Ingredients for GF Yogurt Pie

8 oz strawberry yogurt
8 oz cool whip
1 cup oat flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for GF Yogurt Pie

  1. Mix oats, brown sugar, and butter together with a pastry cutter until well mixed. It should look like wet sand. Then dump into a pie plate. With the bottom of a measuring cup that is flat, pat it down all over until evenly places. I use a spoon to do the sides. Set aside.

  2. Mix together yogurt (it really can be any flavor) and cool whip. Spread in crust. Chill for a few hours.
