Recipe Ingredients for (GF/Vegan) Black Bean Brownies

15 1/2 ounce black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tbls ground flax seeds
3 tbls water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp instant coffee

Recipe Directions for (GF/Vegan) Black Bean Brownies

  1. In a small bowl mix flax seeds and water until thick paste. In a blender add all ingredients and blend 5-6 minutes, until smooth.

  2. Pour into a 9x9 baking dish and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Makes 9 servings, tastes better refrigerated the next day.
