GF Anellini pasta, with Beef, Beans, Tomato, and Cabbage

Recipe Ingredients for GF Tomato Hot Dish

12 oz hamburger
1 cup tomato sauce
110 g. anellini
300 g. black beans
1/2 head cabbage

Recipe Directions for GF Tomato Hot Dish

  1. Brown Ground Beef w/ onion, salt & pepper

  2. Cook Anellini in salted water, 4 minutes

  3. Add 2 cups strained tomatoes to beef (instead of tomato sauce) or stewed

  4. Drain and rinse black beans

  5. Add 2 cups fresh water & black beans

  6. Clean & chop cabbage, salt to taste

  7. Steam with 1 cup of water and then

  8. Add all to Hot Dish
