Healthy, gluten free, vegan choc-coconut brownies

Recipe Ingredients for GF single chin brownie

3/4 c brown rice flour
1/3 c cocoa
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t Xanthan Gum
20 scoop Stevia Powder
4 serving Lifestream Calcium Powder
1 c applesauce
1/4 c Raspberries
1/4 c dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for GF single chin brownie

  1. In a food processor, grind oats to form oat flour.

  2. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients until well-mixed.

  3. Stir in wet ingredients and mix well.

  4. Add in chocolate chips and coconut.

  5. Pour batter into a small baking dish or mini muffin tins.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 C.
