Gluten Free German Puff Pancake for One

Recipe Ingredients for GF Puff Pancake

1 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp dry Beth's Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour
0.33 tbsp dry Beth's Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour
1.67 oz ORGANIC MILK 1%
0.75 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for GF Puff Pancake

  1. Place butter in small (5 to 6 inch) cast iron skillet in 400 degree oven.

  2. Mix all other ingredients.

  3. Tilt melted butter to cover skillet (and a little to go up the sides so it doesn't stick when you remove it later). Pour mix into skillet.

  4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.

  5. Remove from skillet, plate, and place whatever toppings you like on top!
