Recipe Ingredients for GF Pizza with Homemade Sauce

1 cup Brown Rice Flour
1 cup Millet Flour
1 cup Tapioca Flour
1 teaspoon Thyme
2 1/2 tsp Yeast
3 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
3 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1/4 tbsp Unico White Wine Vinegar
6 oz Tomato Paste
3 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
72 4/5 g sliced pepperoni

Recipe Directions for GF Pizza with Homemade Sauce

  1. Mix all of the pizza dough ingredients together. Divide in half and pat into pans with wet fingers.

  2. Pre-bake for 7 to 10 minutes, then add toppings.
