Recipe Ingredients for GF Multi-Grain Bread

0.67 cup Rice Flour, Brown
0.33 cup Cornmeal
0.5 cup Millet Flour
1 cup Tapioca Flour
6 grams Xanthan Gum
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
2 large Egg, White
5.25 tsp Yeast
0.67 cup Apple Sauce Sweetened
3 tbsp Honey

Recipe Directions for GF Multi-Grain Bread

  1. Using a bread machine:

  2. Proof the yeast in 1 1/4 cup of warm water and the honey, let it get foamy.

  3. Mix all dry ingredients together, set aside.

  4. Add the rest of the wet ingredients to the water and yeast, stir to mix.

  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the bread machine pan first, then add the dry.

  6. Set the machine for the 1.5 lb. and medium crust, Express setting.

  7. If the loaf is not done or brown enough, continue to cook.
