A low-carb, gluten-free version of the comfort food classic.

Recipe Ingredients for GF Meatloaf

16 oz Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
1 lb Poultry food products, ground turkey, raw
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples
2 large Egg, Whole
60 grams Worcestershire Sauce
3 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for GF Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix all ingredients with your impeccably clean hands.

  3. Put in a medium souffle pan or two loaf pans.

  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes, 30-40 if in two pans. To shorten cooking time even further, put into muffin pans and cook for 15-20 minutes. Check with meat thermometer to ensure doneness. Baste with tomato paste or (if you must) ketchup during last 20 minutes for that classic look.
