Yummy cookie with protein and no cholesterol

Recipe Ingredients for GF- Flourless Nutbutter Cookie Bars

1/2 c almond butter
1/2 c natural peanut butter
1/2 c. egg substitute
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
3 T flax seed
1/2 c dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for GF- Flourless Nutbutter Cookie Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Grease 8X8 baking dish or cookie sheets with canola spray.

  3. Mix together nut butters, egg sub and sugars.

  4. Add flax seeds and dark choc. chips.

  5. Spread in greased baking dish or drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet.

  6. Bake cookies 10-12 minutes, cool 5-10 min before removing.

  7. Bake bars 15-18 minutes (or until solid in center), cool 5-10 minutes before removing.
