An easy cornbread recipe and gluten free

Recipe Ingredients for GF Cornbread

1 1/4 c yellow cornmeal
1/2 c rice flour
1/4 c tapioca starch
1/4 c splenda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c dry milk
1/4 c canola oil
1/4 c egg white

Recipe Directions for GF Cornbread

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. Stir in milk, oil and egg - stir until just moistened

  3. Pour into a 8" square

  4. Bake at 400 for 20-25 until golden brown
