Recipe Ingredients for GF Carrot Cake

1/4 cup white rice flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cups grapeseed oil
2/3 cup organic sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
110 grams baby carrots or 12
4 oz light cream cheese
84 grams agave nectar or 1/4 cup honey

Recipe Directions for GF Carrot Cake

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Mix wet ingredients and add to dry.

  3. Stir in carrots and nuts.

  4. Bake @ 325 for 30-35 minutes.

  5. Frost with cream cheese icing.
