Nice as topping for chicken pot pie or as small biscuit.Makes 10 small biscuits.

Recipe Ingredients for GF Buttermilk Biscuits

1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp butter
1 egg
1/2 c rice flour
1/3 c corn starch
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c buttermilk

Recipe Directions for GF Buttermilk Biscuits

  1. Mix sugar, butter and egg. Sift dry ingredients, add all together, alternating with buttermilk.

  2. Pat out on wax paper or drop on greased baking sheet.

  3. Bake in 400 degree oven for 12-15 min.
