Brownies made with semi-sweet chocolate morsels, if you use dark chocolate, use a full cup of brown sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Gf Brownies

6 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1/2 cup Applesauce
1/2 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1/2 cup Almond Meal/Flour
1/2 cup Brown Rice Flour
3 tbsp Coconut Flour
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
3 large Egg, White
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Gf Brownies

  1. Preheat to 350.

  2. Melt chocolate; beat the egg whites with a mixer until fluffy, then mix in the brown sugar, next the chocolate, applesauce and vanilla.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients together and slowly add to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.

  4. Line an 8x8 pan with foil or parchment and lightly oil.

  5. Bake for no more than 25 minutes.

  6. To get gooier brownies, add only 1 to 2 tbsp. coconut flour.
