Great morning smoothie to start the day.

Recipe Ingredients for Get Going Smoothie

1 medium banana
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup soy milk , (unsweetened vanilla)
110 grams soy yogurt , (1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons hemp protein
2 tablespoons flax seed

Recipe Directions for Get Going Smoothie

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.

  2. Blend on high until well mixed.

  3. Pour into your smoothie cup and take it to work to start out your day right!

  4. This will probably be enough for breakfast and lunch.

  5. Yumm!
