Recipe Ingredients for German vegetable soup

800 grams Potatoes, Boiled
200 grams Carrots
250 grams Celery Root
180 grams Leeks
250 grams Kohlrabi
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cube Soup, Chicken Broth Cubes, Dehydrated, Dry
2 cube Soup, Chicken Broth Cubes, Dehydrated, Dry

Recipe Directions for German vegetable soup

  1. - Cut all ingredients in 0.5in cubes

  2. - Heat oil in large pot and add onion

  3. - Add vegetables, stir well

  4. - Add about 2l water an cook for 25min

  5. - Puree as much as you like

  6. - Add some parsley and salt
