Recipe Ingredients for German Saurkraut

12 oz cabbage
1/4 cup onion, diced
3 ounce bacon, cut into small pieces
2 T mustard
2 T brown sugar
8 oz beer

Recipe Directions for German Saurkraut

  1. Use saurkraut where the recipe says cabbage, drained

  2. Saute bacon and onion

  3. Add rest of ingredients

  4. Simmer for 20 min
