Recipe Ingredients for German Potato Salad

10 lbs Potatoes
1 lb Bacon
2 cups Cider Vinegar
3 cups Scallions
1/2 cup Wesson Oil
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Water
1 cup Parsley

Recipe Directions for German Potato Salad

  1. Mince and cook bacon - till Crisp

  2. Boil 10 lbs of new potatoes in a single layer in separate pots

  3. Peel and slice Potatoes & place in a Big bowl

  4. Slice Scallions, including green stems, as thin as possible & add to sliced Potatoes

  5. Salt and pepper on Potatoes to taste

  6. Heat Cider vinegar, Sugar and Water in small pot till almost boiling & pour on potatoes & scallions

  7. Toss mixture from Big bowl to Big bowl about 4 times

  8. Add Wesson Oil & Toss to mix

  9. Add Bacon and Toss to mix

  10. Prior to serving: Chop Parsley & place on top.

  11. ENJOY
