1 cup, chopped Onions
9 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic
0.06 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Pepper, Black
2 serving Green Onion
1/4 cup Skim Milk Powder

Recipe Directions for German Potato Salad per half cup
