Recipe Ingredients for German Pancakes

1 serving Whole Milk
6 extra large Egg, Whole
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for German Pancakes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place all ingredients in a blender (or use a wisk) and process until smooth. Pour melted butter into ungreased baking dish (13x8in) and add the batter. Bake for 20 minutes.
