Recipe Ingredients for German pancakes

3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup whole milk

Recipe Directions for German pancakes

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix eggs, milk and flour with dash of salt into the blender until thoroughly mixed.

  3. Put 1 tablespoon of your choice of butter into a casserole dish and let it melt in the oven.

  4. After the butter has melted pour in egg mixture and put in the oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.

  5. *Enjoy with fruit or lemon concentrate or fresh squeezed lemon with powdered sugar or your preferred sweetener laid on to taste.
