German Pancakes 6 eggs 1c milk 1c flour 5Tb butter

Recipe Ingredients for German Pancakes

9 medium Egg, Whole
1.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
5 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for German Pancakes

  1. Melt butter in 9x13 pan

  2. Whip eggs until yellow and think. Add flour and milk

  3. Pour mixture into melted butter pan

  4. Bake at 350 for 15-20min
