Thin, crepe-like pancakes. Taste great served with fruit, or syrup (or, our fave, peanut butter!)

Recipe Ingredients for German Pancakes

1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 medium Egg, Whole
1 3/4 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for German Pancakes

Mix all together and make sure it is well blended. Pour batter onto frying pan and rotate to spread over whole pan. Flip when bottom side is lightly browned.
