Easy breakfast. Great to stick in the oven and let bake while kids are getting ready for school. Then sit down and have a meal together before they head out the door.

Recipe Ingredients for German Pancakes

4 eggs
1 cup 1% Milk
1 cup flour
2 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for German Pancakes

  1. In the blender, mix eggs, milk and flour.

  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in 8x8 pan. When butter is melted, add batter to pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

  3. Eat with powdered sugar, syrup (both options obviously add more calories etc) or plain.
