Recipe Ingredients for German Pancakes

1 cup of milk, 2%
1 cup of all-purpose flour
6 eggs
1/4 cup of maple syrup

Recipe Directions for German Pancakes

  1. Mix the eggs, milk, and flour together to create a thin batter.

  2. Pre-heat oven to 375 deg F.

  3. Grease a 9x13 pan and pour batter mixture in the pan.

  4. Bake at 375 on the top rack for 12-15 minutes or until the top of pancakes starts to brown.

  5. Let sit for 5 minutes, then cut and serve hot with butter and syrup or fresh fruit compote.
