really good with GF flour - use a mixture instead of straight rice flour.

Recipe Ingredients for German Pancakes

1 cup milk
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for German Pancakes

  1. Put butter in a 9x13 and put in the oven while it is preheating. In a blender, blend together milk, eggs, flour, and salt. When butter is melted, pour milk mixture in pan.

  2. Cook at 425 for 15 minutes.

  3. Top with fresh fruit, powder sugar, peanut butter, jelly, or syrup.
